1. Help you become our customer
When you use "NilInkPrinter" products, we recommend that you register an account to fully use all the functions of "NilInkPrinter" products; To do this, you will need to provide a mobile phone number or email address and create a password so that we can contact the user and identify the user if necessary.

2. Provide you with photos, documents and other printing functions
When you use the printing function of "NilInkPrinter" products, we need to read the photos in your mobile phone album, the documents in the mobile phone, etc. For this purpose, we need to obtain relevant authorization from you. 3. Device permission invocation
In the process of providing services, "NilInkPrinter" product will invoke some of your mobile device permissions. You can choose to disable some or all permissions in the Settings of the device, thus refusing to collect and use relevant personal information of "NilInkPrinter" product. The modes for displaying and disabling permissions vary with devices. For details, see the device or system development instructions. Your device system may open other permissions while granting necessary information. "NilInkPrinter" product itself cannot manually or automatically set to close authorization. (1) Equipment information: We can according to your specific operation in the access to and/or use, receive and record information about the equipment you use (e.g., NilInkPrinter software package name and version number, equipment type, operating system version number/type, brand, MAC address, Android ID, Equipment serial number, IMEI device identifier), so that ADAPTS to different equipment, to provide you with better services;
(2) Camera: We need your authorization to open the camera permission for scanning the QR code of the printer device or taking photos for photo printing. Your photo information will only be processed locally on the phone and not uploaded to the server.
(3) Photo album: We need your authorization to open the permission of photo album for obtaining photos for printing. Your photo information will only be processed locally on the phone, and will not be uploaded to the server or stored.
(4) Bluetooth: We need your authorization to enable Bluetooth permission, so that we can connect the printer device through Bluetooth to print and configure the device network;
(5) Location: We need you to authorize and agree to enable location permission, which is used to obtain the wi-fi name currently connected to your mobile phone, so as to facilitate network allocation of printer equipment. For Android phones, we need this permission to scan bluetooth devices. Your location information will only be processed locally on your mobile phone, and will not be uploaded to the server or stored.；
(6) Reading and storage: We need your authorization to open the reading and storage permission for the cache and access of pictures and data. These data information will only be processed locally on the mobile phone and will not be uploaded to the server. Word document files need to be uploaded to the server for transcoding, but we will not store such document information.
(7) Find and connect to devices on the local network: We need you to authorize and agree to use the permission to find and connect to devices on the local network to use Bonjour to find relevant printers, connect and print locally on Wi-Fi;
(8) List of installed apps: Read your app list for judging whether third-party apps have been installed on the machine during third-party sharing and login (such as wechat sharing and login);
(9) Clipboard: When you copy text information, title, SMS verification code, share or receive shared messages, your clipboard function may be invoked. Clipboard information will only be processed on your device, and we will not store your clipboard information for any other means;
(10) Message push: We need you to authorize and agree to enable notification permission to push system announcements, broadcast messages, service messages, etc., to your mobile devices. If you are using Huawei, Xiaomi, VIVO or OPPO mobile phones, we will send relevant messages to your devices through Huawei SDK, Xiaomi SDK, VIVO SDK or OPPO SDK. If you do not agree to receive the message pushed above, you can close the message push through "mobile phone Settings - Notification Center - NilInkPrinter - Allow notification", we will no longer push messages to your device, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.
